Wow, looks like Leecifer is cooking up a few customs for SDCC in collaboration with retailer StrangeKiss. Lee is one of the best of translating his canvas work onto vinyl toys. It's as if you cut out his painting and wrapped it around the vinyl toy. Awesome.
