Dayglo Caution Orange RealxHead Set
You still collecting RealxHead? Why not? Burnt out? Although there has been a ton of releases, I'm pretty stoked on many of them. Personally i'm quite happy that RxH mania has dropped off a bit because I feel like I can get a lot of the releases without having to slit anyone's throat. That's always nice. So forget about RxH. Forget that you even saw these pics. RealxHead is Dead to YOU...
Cronic 4th and One Up 8th Anniversary Special Custom Show!!
What better excuse to have a Special Custom Toy Show than to celebrate Cronic! 4th Anniversary and One Up 8th Anniversary? Together with friends like Itokin Park, Instinct Toy, Kaijin, JUKI and Gumliens, they all got together and put on quite a little custom toy show hosted an One-Up at Nakano Broadway. Thanks to Ken and Mark Living Dead for the fine pictures so you can see what you missed out on.
Flopdoodle Spring Cleaning!!
Biskup is driving everyone mad cause he's dropping all kinds of cool shit on flopdoodle as part of his "Spring Cleaning". I would kill for any of those painted Pocket Helpers made by Gargamel. I had a chance to buy the metal pollard and probably should have, but $500 is a lot of cheddar, yo. Check back regularly cause it seems he's throwing stuff up there randomly... The painting above is still available.

Fans Around the World Mourn Loss of Japanese Artist Hiro Grim
Yesterday was the funeral service for Japanese artist Hiro Grim. He was only 35 years old when he passed away last tuesday in Osaka of cancer. He will be missed by his many fans around the world.
Known for his artwork that sometimes paid homage to Jack Kirby and Jim Philips, Hiro Grim had a vivid imagination that lent itself well to header cards and T-Shirts for companies like Charatics, Secret Base and most recently, Convex. Hiro Grim also designed toys including the Secret Base Toxic and Death Phantom Suits, Secret Base 13th Day Skullbee and the incredibly rare "Henshin Petite Borg" Walder Tribute mini set.
Some Friends and Family were a bit surprised that there is interest outside of Japan for Hiro Grim, but we can assure you that he has a loyal following whose artwork has inspired many around the world. Rest in Peace.
Hiro Grim was one of only four artists to collaborate on Secret Base's 13th "Day of Fear" Skullbee release sets. Hiro Grim's set came with a T-shirt bearing the same design as this flyer.
A few years ago, Hiro Grim made these tiny "Henshin Petite Borg" Walder Tribute sets all by hand. Only 50 sets exist. Incredibly rare...
Secret Base Toxic Phantom Suits by Hiro Grim
I believe some of his most recent work include t-shirts for the Convex x Secret Base line of figures.
Thanks in advance to everyone whose pictures I used for this post on Hiro Grim.
