This last Saturday, Kazuhiko Ito aka Itokin Park had his solo show at Super7. It was a great show with a very healthy turnout from a crowd hungry for customs. Kazu brought 16 customs total. 2 resin-filled Himalans and 14 Mikazukins comprised of 2 clear Mikazukins filled with tiny resin Mikazukins, 2 Mikazukins painted with his Japanese flag motif, 1 with the US flag and 9 GID Mikazukins with the stencil designs. All 16 customs as well as most of the production Himalans sold out within minutes. The mood was pretty chill with many fans keeping Kazu busy with autographs and sketches on all things including toys, header cards, sketch books and lighters. Itokin Park is one of those toys that has cross over appeal to all kinds of toy collectors. It helps that Kazu is probably one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Congratulations Kazu! We look forward to more of your work this year!!
