TAD Gear Production Dauntless
Oh, man, the wait is almost over. Although we still don't have a release date yet, specs and price were announced this morning for the first ever TAD Gear Production Dauntless:
Last month we hinted that a production Dauntless was on its way. We’re pleased to report that things are currently on schedule as we near the home stretch. The above image are knives pulled from the production line, with blades ground, logos etched and for the first run, serial numbers to mark the occasion. All that’s left is to sharpen the edge and add the pocket clip.
The TAD Dauntless will feature:
• 3.6” S30V blade
• 8.2” overall length
• Available in Black G10, Ranger Green G10 and Titanium
• Price: $300/G10 and $400/Titanium
Note the bottom two knives are prototypes.

Giant Robot is proud to host Satoshi – The Last Salaryman – clay sculptures by Yukinori Dehara.
The Salaryman in Japan, is an underpaid and understated workforce who work long hours and have forged a lifestyle that is strongly responsible for the economic miracle of post World War 2 Japan. Today they wander the streets after their long day, drinking and frolicking until they head home to their family, only to face the same thing the following day. Satoshi is this person but has a friend, a beast named Morlin.
We’ll be sure to feature clay sculptures and more from Yukinori Dehara.
We’ve featured Japanese artist, Yukinori Dehara annually and his exhibitions range from being touching to grotesque. Yet like most artists, he has a deep ideology behind his pieces although to the casual observer, they look like fun.
Giant Robot was born as a Los Angeles-based magazine about Asian, Asian-American, and new hybrid culture in 1994, but has evolved into a full-service pop culture provider with a shop and gallery in Los Angeles, as well as an online equivalent.
An opening reception for the artists will take place from 6:30 – 10:00 pm on Saturday, July 2, 2011.
The Man With the Iron Fists - Trailer
wow... Quentin Tarantino, Russell Crowe, Cung Le, Lucy Liu, Dave Bautista, Eli Roth, Jamie Chung, Rick Yune and the rest of an all star cast star in the "chop socky" martial arts flick. Looks corny, but hopefully will have some substance to back it up. Most interesting is that it's the directorial debut of Wu Tang's RZA who also stars in the movie as The Man With the Iron Fists. See "Jax" from Motal Kombat fame.
Here Comes the Boom - Trailer
Comedian Kevin James as an MMA Cage Fighter? Hilarity ensues... Funny enough, Kevin is a huge MMA fan.

Sacrifice Trailer #1
Interesting period piece about revenge. Evil lord kills this clan and the surviving prince ends up being raised by evil lord undercover. Kid grows up and seeks his revenge. Premise is ok, but revenge is always best when the victim at least remembers the wrongs that have been done to him. All this kid knows is that the evil lord is his father figure. Dunno...

3A Membership 2012 F-LEGION Figure 1/6 Adventure Kartel
Here is the 2012 3A Membership "F-LEGION" 1/6 Adventure Kartel figure. It's pretty cool. I guess he's a cyborg with that "Tokyo Tribes" attitude. lol.. Complete with baseball bat, distressed jeans and parka. He also has this menacing "gimp" hood that's built into the jacket for when you want to go full on criminal.
The Perfect Skate Vid? Kilian Martin by Brett Novak
Combine skater / artist Kilian Martin's unique and fluid street tricks with Brett Novak's amazing cinematography and mellow sound track and you have something more like Ballet rather than Skate video. beautiful. I feel all zen now.
