Check out these SKULLHEAD x 3A design crossover. This guy Skull Man out of Taiwan is a pretty talented sculpter. He casts resin heads in 1/6 scale that can be stuck on top of 1/6 figures. In this case, 3A figures. A while back, I ordered a few of these and for $20, they are pretty nice. Great stylized skull design with nice finishes and they really feel like bone.

His sculls are sweet.though I'd say muffinmans sculls are better they have articulated bacbone and jaw for more poses
