FF Mechanical Arts Gallery and Review!!
Although i'm not really a Final Fantasy fan, one of the toys i've been waiting almost a year for, finally arrived: FF Mechanical Arts mini die-cast Fenrir and Kadaj's Bike. I first spied these at last year's San Diego Comic Con and have been hankering for 'em ever since. These guys are small; only 4.5 inches long. You could fit one in the palm of your hand. I don't play any FF video games, but I did really like the Advent Children Movie which these two vehicles are from. We've seen the Fenrir before, but Kadaj's motorcycle is making it's toy debut here. I have to say that I prefer Kadaj's design a bit more than the Fenrir. It has that kinda raw an exposed hardcore outlaw feel to it. As you can see, highly detailed and hefty. They come with a nice little platform to disply them. No gimmicks, not that many moving parts, just an honest die-cast toy. They are small which is great, but i was hoping they would be in the same scale as Microman so I could put a rider on them, but the bikes are too small. I need to find a pretty small figure to fit. I think he would have to be like 2 inches tall!
If you missed the larger Fenrir Photo Gallery, click here. I definitely have a thing for toy motorcycles. Wanna see more? Check out my Motorcycle Madness Photo Set.
