The Global Figure Symposium hosted by Onell Design and Callgrim with curation by Fig-lab was an amazing booth. It was a beehive of activity with what seemed like an endless series of mini shows with various members of the GFS displaying their wares on the single table in a constant rotation that was hard to keep up with!
One of the events was an Ileana set handpainted by the three horsemen: Paul Kaiju, Dead Presidents and L'amour Supreme. They each painted one figure and each set is painted a little bit different.

Then we had Dead Presidents bust out some of his customs which included these insane Sunguts minis.

My guilty pleasure of the show? I actually purchased my first fucking Sucklord figures. He must be growing on me. I thought most of his shit sucked, but I was kind of stoked on Run DMC Cthulu. Meeting him at SDCC was a surreal experience. Him and his "lady friend" were like out of some really bad B-Rated movie. Seriously. But when I saw these toys, they somehow resonated. I think his toys have evolved in a good way. Not only did I purchase these three figures, I also got his three way collaboration between Onell, Dead Presidents and himself.
She looked at me like this the whole time I was standing there. It was creepy and erotic at the same time. I wasn't sure if I should run or pop a boner. At one point, I was sure she was going to leap over the table and bite my neck. Which I think I would have liked.
