Nothing says Geek like a Raygun. Weta had a huge presence at SDCC and for good reason. Geeks like Rayguns. But in Dr. Grordbort's world, they are called "Aether Oscillators". I like Raygun better. These designs are based on a book illustrated by Weta's Conceptual Designer Greg Broadmore. Fantastic idea for Weta to make these Rayguns to scale and sell them for mad money. They were going for nearly $700 each..! yowza. But they are prop-quality weapons of quality that you would expect from Weta. I could easily see a movie based on these designs popping out soon.
