Bandai's new Soul of Chogokin Battle Fever Robo has just been released. It looks pretty good and comes with more weapons than a Samurai can shake a sake bottle at! As always, I'm sure the die-cast yummy quality is top shelf. I like the mecha design all right and it does come with plenty of weapons which is a good thing, but for me, it's not jumping out and saying "must buy". I'm not that crazy about it. I think partially because since i've been going crazy on toys lately, I need to really prioritize the absolute must-buy toys. I have a number of pre-orders that will be coming in so I need to budget! Don't let that stop you, however. Go out and get this bad boy right away!You can get it from Hobby Link Japan for around $60 including shipping. If you don't want to wait for it to come over on slow boat, pay a little more and get it on eBay.
