I've loved these little mini figures of goodness ever since I first saw the prototype from Skull Toy. They are around 3.5 inches tall and come in several different colorways and versions. I wish I could say I own all of them, but there are a couple that have escaped me (1 or 2 on purpose). Recently, these guys were released in clear vinyl and blank GID. I might have to get more cause I dig painting them. I'll bust out on the GID in the near future....
