Toy Designs of Norio Fujikawa

Toy Designs of Norio Fujikawa

I first spied the digital mech and toy designs of San Francisco local Norio Fujikawa via Tomopop.com. We both agree that these designs should be made into toys...! Who knows? Maybe they can be. If you're reading this Norio, drop me a note, let's get together and talk about it. I like the simple, clean lines of the designs. The giant turbines are familiar, yet work on these toys. The exaggerated wings on a couple of the designs are very Gundam like, but the bubbly rounded limbs differentiate the designs. While a couple of the normal mechs run the risk of being slightly generic, the cutesy rocket boy and girl designs strike a chord. I would be over the top if the Rocket Boy could come out of the suit ala Ma.K.
