Confederate Motors

Confederate Motors

I love motorcycles and I think Confederate Motors out of Baton Rouge, LA have some of the most provacative designs around. I like the industrial, raw design. Bikes that look too slick don't appeal to me as much anymore. These bikes are made in extremely limited numbers and fetch $75k-$100k each. Were talking Jay Leno money.

Founded in 1991 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana by Matt Chambers, Confederate Motor Company set out to create machines utilizing a holistic, avant-garde process for celebrating the art of rebellion. American rebellion is adopted as fundamental to the pursuit of personal empowerment. We remain forever determined to challenge the establishmentarian view of what honest
“new world” American industrial and mechanical design can be.
