Checked out the Le Merde x Matt Furie x Johnny Ryan "The Boys are Back in Town" Show at Giant Robot, SF. Well 2 of the 3 boys were back. Johnny was not present. It was a cool, chill show with a ton of little drawings and paintings on four walls. The volume, variety and selection was incredible. MOst of it very affordable. No toys as this was meant to be a 2D show. Mike is saving all that toy stuff for his triumphant return to SF for the S7 Show in a month. It was great to hook up with Mike again as well as meet Matt. I wish I could have met Johnny cause his art was making crack up the whole time. Talented guys with a bright future in the business.
