The basic rules for the 3A Armstrong SDCC 2010 Exclusive are as follows:
Lottery tickets are available at 10:00 am Thurs and Fri (no tickets on weds nite) at Toy Tokyo Booth #5437
only 100 tickets will be given out. must have photo ID.
only 10 winners, for purchase on each day (thurs & fri).
different set of tickets each day.
one entry per person
no exhibitor badges
