LASH x RealxHead Custom Bigaro for Toy Tokyo

Master customizer LASH did a series of customs to coincide with the Toy Tokyo RealxHead Event a couple of months ago and i'm now getting around to posting up pics. It's hard to tell from the photos, but there is a ton of details and textures on this Bigaro!! Definitely one of my favorite LASH customs. Glad I was able to snag it. Wish I could have got the rest as well.

My First Action Figure in Years!!

I haven't purchased an "Action Figure" in years. But it was McFarlane's Spawn series that helped me get back into collecting toys as an adult. Hyper detailed and realistic, they made great cube companions. I stopped dollecting action figures years and years ago but when I saw this Blood Elf from the World of Warcraft video game, on a whim, I picked it up. Made by DC Direct and not McFarlane, this little guy has to be one of the coolest action figures around. Insane detail with blades of armor in every direction, they are almost sharp enough to cut your hand!! I have little interest in any of the other figures in this series, but the Blood elf is too cool to pass up...

Christmas Skuttle X: Touma Plastica

Cruising around One Up news page, we see a new Skuttle X colorway. Very Christmas-like. It's not going to be available at One-Up, but rather Touma's Plastica site. I dig the red eyes and I like the red and black claws....would have been nicer in a deep emerald clear green though...

EXOHEAD Revisited!!!

Skull Toys Doku Rocks!!!

The toy gods are smiling down upon me this week. Must have earned some Toy Karma recently. I bought only two of the blind bagged Rotofugi Doku Rocks from Skull Toys. I really wanted the painted blue one (of course) and I scored! I also got the frosted clear green one. The only better scenario would have been to get the frosted clear purple, but i'm not complaining. The sculp rules. One of my favorite mini's.











I busted out the Old Balance Doku Rocks from a few months ago. Also blind bagged. Skull Toys must love the blind bag!! I was lucky again and scored the version with the pipe cleaners. I love inserts and pipecleaners!!

New Secret Base Pushead Skull Captains!!!

We first saw this full color Pushead Skull Captain by Secret Base at last July's SDCC. It's in the factory now getting painted and were hoping to see it sometime early in the New Year (we hope). I love the colorway, but also looking forward to more painted colorways as well as Hand Painted Skull Captains too! SDCC 2008 is gonna be awesome!!!

Now this Devilclot clear orange Skull Pirate caught everyone a bit off-guard when it suddenly showed up on eBay today. Comes with a wash cloth just like the Supertouch version. $149 was the winning price. Not bad. Another one is starting bid at $159...I like anything clear, but i'm hoping I can pick one up at retail.....
