If you haven’t guessed it yet, this is Ashley Woods 3A Bamabaland Anniversary figure, combined with an AT/AT Driver from Star Wars, to form my 1st custom named AT/3A. This is just in its primed state, but I thought it looked in good enough shape to throw out there. Still have to clean it up a bit and smooth it down in some spots, maybe over the Labor Day weekend I can get this finished off with a nice paint job.

3A TouchDemo Catalog

I believe this was taken by 3A boardie Sir Dirty Girty at the Venture Show in HK. Proto of the Kojima collaboration with 3A: Metal Gear Rex!! This shot really gives you a perspective of how massive this thing is. damn...

What does this picture have to do with the new 3A TouchDemo Catalog? Nothing except that someday soon, Metal Gear Rex will be in it....lol.. Looks like a very cool way to check out all the 3A Toys you missed. iPhone anyone?

3A WWRp Martins

Here's a sneak peek of the upcoming WWRp Martins. 1:12 scale. Notice I didn't say Large Martins cause they're not. But writing WWRp Small Martins seem repetitive. I like 'em. Notice that not all of them have the double cannon. All with come with packs. Some are lacking some decals right now. Of course, the Dirty Deeds version looks the best. Hopefully up for pre-order soon so I can utilize my newly renewed 3A Membership..!

3A Toys WWRp Bertie MK2 Preview!!

This week is turning out no so bad. Today, 3A Production Blog announced that we will be able to pre-order sets of the new WWRp Bertie MK2 in a variety of styles. Hmmmm....is it me or does the WWRp Bertie look pretty big? Like a lot taller than the WWRp Brambles. I'm using the square guy as a reference unless 3A is coming out with smaller Square guys.

Next week shall see the release of the WWRp Bertie MK2 if all goes well ! Bambaland will only be offering 2 sets, a 7 and 12 pack. Retailers worldwide will be offering single boxed figures. More info and final images soon. Attached to this post are some prototype shots from over the months, none are final and are missing bits and pieces and colorways and decals are not final, but fun never the less !

hmmmmmm, a 7 and 12 pack??? fucking ay, i'm gonna be tempted to go big with all 12 of these fuckers. I'm looking forward to seeing the different versions. I hope the preview will show the decals...

Action Figures Are Dead

But don't tell anyone at World of Warcraft and DC Unlimited. Supposedly the action figure market is dead, dead, dead. But when you see impossibly detailed stuff like this WoW Gnome riding his mechanical Sprocket Gyrospring, you have to wonder if this is really true. I stopped buying action figures long ago, but it's stuff like this that can get me coming back for more. More importantly, this kind of beauty and detail for less than $15? C'mon, you can't go wrong. WoW is coming out with Series 4 now. This figure is from Series 2 just to show you how out of it I am. No, this is not a toys news site. It's a toy post news site...hahaha.

My First Action Figure in Years!!

I haven't purchased an "Action Figure" in years. But it was McFarlane's Spawn series that helped me get back into collecting toys as an adult. Hyper detailed and realistic, they made great cube companions. I stopped dollecting action figures years and years ago but when I saw this Blood Elf from the World of Warcraft video game, on a whim, I picked it up. Made by DC Direct and not McFarlane, this little guy has to be one of the coolest action figures around. Insane detail with blades of armor in every direction, they are almost sharp enough to cut your hand!! I have little interest in any of the other figures in this series, but the Blood elf is too cool to pass up...
