wow! Mark Nagata of Max Toy Co has been a busy body painting up all these customs for his Kaiju Invades San Francisco Show at Ningyoushi this Saturday. I'm going, what about you? Better get there early cause parking is a byatch.

Not only will Matt Walker of Dead Presidents be giving a pinstriping demo/lesson at 6pm, there are reportedly going to be over 50 custom toys from May Toy Co., Sunguts, Dream Rocket and Dead Presidents. Wowza, that's a lot of customs!

Medicom Snake, Darth and Yoda

I'm on the fence on this Medicom Solid Snake in Zombie Paint. Not sure why cause this guy kicks as. Snake rules and his Zombie mask is my fav. dunno, i'll probably end up buying it anyways when I see it in person. Maybe not. Well see. Do I really need another fucking toy? $80.00



I'm a Darth Maul fan too, but this version doesn't do it for me. I think the grin is a bit ridiculous and the exagerated Medicom crouch is too much. $69.99



But the worst offender of the trio is definitely Yoda. It doesn't even look like a Medicom toy. It seriously looks like it should come out of a cereal box. Very average. It's not even that great of a Yoda toy. $69.99

Go Nagai x Panson Works!!

I like toy newsletters via email with pictures. When I got one tonight from Ningyoushi, this pic above of Go Nagai's Devilman caught my eye. Highly stylized, almost cute. It had been Pansonized. I recognized it immediately as I have several 3" mini figures in the Panson Works style. But these guys are not that small. 5" tall. I purchased it immediately. I'm digging the price too. $18 each. Unfortunately, i'm not feeling Mazinger or Getter, but Devilman is a must have.
