Fewture EX-GOKIN GETTER ROBO G...!!!!!

Fewture EX Gokin Robo Getter G

This amazing Fewture Robo Getter G set designed by the late, great Dr. Sato was announced a while ago. Pre-Orders are finished and it will be shipping in December. I think the EX-GOKIN line of toys is the Ferrari of toys. This is top drawer stuff here. At around $400 retail, it costs like the Ferrari of toys too. This Getter Dragon is classic and I may have to get it. Would like the entire set, but might have to just go for the Dragon on the secondary market. Hopefully can score one close to retail price.

Fewture EX-GOKIN Black Getter Ryoma Re-Paint ver. Changing Set

Fewture EX-GOKIN Black Getter Ryoma Re-Paint

This is one of my all-time favorite toys in my collection. Designed by the late, great Taku Sato (Dr. Robo). It appears Fewture is going to re-release it in Dec/Jan for $400. This is good news for many that covet this toy but were not able to get one the first time around. My question is it a different paint application? If so, I can't really tell. Compare these pictures to the first version HERE from way back in 2006. Is it supposed to be more black this time around? From what I can gather, a new cape and vehicle is included. I'm severely tempted to buy it, but I would like to confirm the paint scheme is at least a bit different.

From the Fewture Website:

[his robotic] request of fans hot In response to the "black getter" appeared again! Color was changed to heavy "black getter" is a retrofit part by "Black Getter 1" can change to. In addition, other lighter wing black getter, improvements have been made in various places. "Black Getter 1" is black-impact specifications. In addition, "No. Black Eagle" is also included. Artstorm EX-GOKIN Getter 1

Artstorm Getter1

ok, the last time I screamed like a little girl seeing a toy for the first time was when Artstorm first previewed the infamous EX-Gokin Black Getter designed by the late, great "Professor Robo" Taku Sato. This single toy nearly bankrupt me as I had to purchase it in the aftermarket. But it is probably the crown jewell in my Robot collection.

This Getter 1, the latest in Artstorm's Ferrari of toy lines, EX-GOKIN comes very close to soliciting the same kind of fervor. For me, aside from the amazing EX-GOKIN details and styling, it's all about the purple wings and WEAPONS. Two huge battle axes and double fisting with the machine guns! $350 and due out in early 2010.

Fewture EX-Gokin Boss Borot!!!

IMG_3177 400x599

Finally lugged these guys out of their boxes to take some shots. Love 'em. Chunky, heavy, die-cast with a retro, junkyard vibe going on. Designed and sculpted by the late, great Taku "Professor Robo" Sato, this figure is truly a work of art. I liked it so much, I had to get this toy in both colorways. As you can see, the detail is beyond amazing. Look at the three pilots!! check out the tiny fire extinguisher!!??
