New Kaijin Figures to Premiere at Popbox!!

These two new Wonderwall figures by Kaijin called Tiruru and Pocl will debut in their first painted forms in beautiful candy-like clear vinyl at the Popbox pop-culture event to be held March 2nd through the 22nd @ Shibuya LOFT in Tokyo. I'm digging the rabbit a lot and wouldn't getting my hands on this guy. I believe it's just under 5 inches tall. Source: Vinyl Pulse

Kozik's KFGU Salary Ika!!!

Here's a look at the first version of Kozik's new Salary Ika as part of Wonderwall's Kaiju for Grown Up Series. This first colorway will be GID head and be released in April at intheyellow. It's around 9" inches tall but looking pretty sharp. It's got that "Resevoir Dogs" thing going on. Expect a flurry of colorways from all the usual suspects later this year.

This picture lifted from Photoshop Maestro ToysREvil showing off a couple of alternative colorways. I'm digging the one on the right.....

Lucha Libre Kozik Usagi-Gon!!!

This piece started out as a milky "Kaiju for Grown Ups" Kozik Usagi-Gon. It ended up being a Lucha Libre Usagi-Gon!!! I was inspired as I was watching "Nacho Libre" the other night on cable. I thought it might be cool to try and replicate Lucha Libre mask on the monster rabbit. I love the gold glitter fins on his back, the detailing on his chest and of course the aztec ruby eyes!!

More Kaiju For Grown-Ups at Tokyocube!!!

Just a gathering of some of the recent Kaiju for Grown-Ups offerings from Wonderwall through Tokyocube.

Above is UMA Series 2 from Horvath. I was sitting on this release, but funny thing happened: when Series 3 below was announced, I was disappointed with the colorways so it made me jump at Series 2.

Horvath's Chupacabra. Just saw a documentary on this guy. Friggin scary! Who is sucking all the blood from all the livestock???

Pink colorway of Mothman and Flatwoods

Touma's Gaburin "Frozen". I'm soooo tempted to pick this guy up cause the colorway is so bitchin. I just don't dig the sculp and the size too much...this guy needs to get a bit smaller and go on sale me thinks...

Wonderwall Kaiju For Grown Ups Kozik Slime Usagi Gon!!!

The latest in Wonderwall Kaiju for Grown Ups series, Kozik's Slime Usagi Gon. While at first glance, may look similar to the "Mountain Dew" version a few months, ago, that one was clear green with gold teeth and spray. This "Slime" version is opaque green in a slightly brighter hue with silver and yellow highlights. It's coming soon.

Limited Edition SDCC Only Kozik Usagi-Gon!!

Here is a preview of Kozik's Usagi-Gon in clear purple and gold spray which he will only be releasing at San Diego Comic Con. This is one of my top 3 favorite Usagi-Gon colorways!!

David Horvath's Unidentified Mysterious Animal Newborns!!!

David Horvath may have cornered the market with Ugly Dolls, but he and his wife Sun Min are about to make another killing with his new line of mini vinyl toys from Wonderwall. Called "Unidentified Mysterious Animals", this first series to be released at San Diego Comic Con in July are newborn versions of Horvath's Flatwoods, Chupacabra and Mothman vinyl toys. "Newborn" as in baby versions. How cute can you get? You know I dig mini figures and mini versions of vinyl toys I already collect is a major plus!! I want them all!!

More Shapeshifta Customs!!!

H.Lee Porter aka the Seattle artist known as Shapeshifta is experiencing a psychedelic summer of colors up in the Pac West right about now. His trippy metallic colors make me feel like i'm in an alternate techno-color universe!!! Beautiful....just amazing!!!

This Micras is magical....

How about this crazy Biskup Tankizaado??? Check it out, all three pics are of the SAME figure??!!

Probably one of the best looking Chaos customs around...everytime I look at it, I see a different color....

Another Shapeshifta Custom...this would be my 2nd favorite Chaos custom....

Keep up the great work Lee! Looking forward to the next batch!!

Wonderwall Kaiju For Grown Ups National Arts Museum Edition

Here are some way better pictures of this very limited edition, exclusive colorway of the "Kaiju for Grown Ups" Series from Wonderwall. Only 50 in each sculp. There will be a few sold on Tokyocube on April 20th, but these are not the toys you are looking for! . Can you tell which ones i'm gonna try to get? I was having flashbacks of the awful Kaws debacle when the Black Dissected was released and every flipper in the world brought their servers to a screeching halt and I got hosed. So I emailed TokyoCube with my concerns and Tom replied back promptly saying that they expect a large number of visitors but they are "quietly" confident that their servers can handle the load. I hope so! By the way, the Banana Slug and the bling bling Usagi Gon have the most potential for re-sale value I hear!
