Arbito @ Super 7

Sadly, I could not make it out to the Arbito Show at Super 7 last weekend. It looked quite fun at it appears most of the resin figures sold. I did stop by the store today and got to take a look at these pieces first hand. Alex and I were discussing Arbito's illustrations and some of them have a R.Crumb feel about them whereas I was getting a Peter Max vibe from the square framed joints. Either way, Arbito imparts his own fresh vibe and colors on his numerous mediums that make us look for more.

This Patty Power is the last one unsold!! Go get it!

These friggin Seekers killl...

While I was in the store, I spotted the Super 7 archive cabinet. I guess Brian liked it so much at Scott's new S7 Store in Florida, he thought the OG HQ should have one too. I agree. It's pretty cool.

Notice anything? All Super 7 original characters. It should be noted that most of these toys were released in the last year. wow.

White Day Visighost at Super 7!!!

White Day is upon us and if you were lucky enough to receive a Valentine's Day gift then two words should be rattling around in your mind, Sanbai Kaeshi. That's right, you owe "thrice the return" so you better find something good or you might not be anyone's Valentine next year.

Shiny rocks and stinky plants are obvious choices but have you considered vinyl! Of course not just any vinyl will do, so we present the White Day Visighost. The milky white vinyl is opulent enough to make an old marshmellow maker blush.

This 9" figure, designed by Brian Flynn, is translucent white vinyl with haunted gray highlights. White Day Visighost will be offered for sale at $65, Friday March 14th, at 11am at the Super7 Store.

This White Day don't just give a present. Give your spirit or at least its ghost.

Super 7 Holiday Spirit Visighost on December 15th!!!

I like this clear red version with the white details better than the all black prototype un-veiled last week at the RxH show. This dude is pretty cool. I might just have to pick it up....This would be a second reason to come to Super 7 on December 15th....(the other reason would be for the toybot studios Popsoda.....!!!)

Just in time for the Holidays comes the newest member of the Ghostland family, the Holiday Spirit Visighost!

This brand new figure designed by the mind behind Super7, Brian Flynn, and sculpted by the one and only Kiyoka Ikeda of Gargamel, drops playfully onto the toy scene this winter! Equal parts spooky and cute, the Holiday Spirits Visighost is 9 inches tall, and cast in clear red vinyl with white spray.

Dont miss your chance to bring Visighost's warm ghostly cheer home for the Holidays!

Holiday Spirit Visighost will be offered for sale at $65, Saturday December 15th at the Super7 Store, 11AM Pacific, first come first served.

Super 7 Brian Flynn's Ghostland Blowfish Mini!!

Out of all of Brian Flynn's new Ghostland figures, Blowfish has to be my favorite. Just check out these pics to see whyHe's got that chunky, spikey body which I find myself picking up and just playing around. He kinda serves as my "stress" ball during the day. Those spikes actually massage your fingers and palms!! I might have to pick up the yellow and grey versions too! For $12, it's a helluva deal which includes a rad printed tin box that's good for storing all kinds of other stuff!
