RC Plane Over San Francisco...!
Amazing. Had no idea cameras on these things had such high resolution. Check out views you would never get to see unless you were flying like a bird in SF.
The final episode of the TBS Road Trip takes us to San Francisco Bay, the Golden Gate Bridge, Russian Hill, Alcatraz and various other sights around San Francisco.
The journey ends with a big bang folks, two intense weeks filled with crazy flying, an armed robbery. tons of junk food and very little sleep.
Hope to see you in a different country very soon! Share this video and the others around, it really helps us grow and we appreciate the support.
Orvillecopter Final Test Flight
Flying Cats everywhere...!!
Orvillecopter has his internals renewed!
After this test he is be ready for his maiden voyage at St. Art Gallery during KunstRai ArtFair Amsterdam.
It's a tribute to the cat Orville, that was named after the famous aviator Orville Wright. After the cat was killed by a car, and followed by a period of mourning, visual artist Bart Jansen transformed him into the Orvillecopter: Now he is finally flying with the birds. The greatest goal a cat could ever reach!
For the cat lovers: it's a tanned hide, just like your shoes.
For the RC Lovers

wow... Sand Flea Robotic Car can jump over 30 feet straight up!!!
Holy crap this is amazing. But if the idea is get this car on the roof so it can do some patroling with a video camera, wouldn't it be just as easy to throw it up there?
Sand Flea is an 11-lb robot with one trick up its sleeve: Normally it drives like an RC car, but when it needs to it can jump 30 feet into the air. An onboard stabilization system keeps it oriented during flight to improve the view from the video uplink and to control landings. Current development of Sand Flea is funded by the The US Army's Rapid Equipping Force. For more information visit www.BostonDynamics.com.
