Real x Head Mutant Evil Super Festival 2010 Exclusive

This is the clear blue with black rub and silver and gold spray RealxHead Mutant Evil from Super Festival this year. I thought it was going to be a regular release, but it sold out at Super Festival. Luckily a fellow Skullbrain board member hooked me up...! Thanks S. One of my favorite Evils to date. Hard to tell from the pics, but it's on the infamous bubble vinyl. That's right, not dead. Not by a long shot.

GID Real x Head Kabuki Evil

Say what you like, but i'm a big fan of the RealxHead Kabuki Series. This GID Mutant Evil being one of the latest versions. I like the Kabuki mask, bandana and painted shorts, but the subtle orange and gold spray on the arms is what seals the deal. I got this one from the fine folks at Lulubell Toys.

Old Skool Paul Kaiju Custom Evil

I believe this is one of Paul Kaiju's earlier RealxHead custom Mutant Evils. I would bet Paul painted it 4+ years ago. It's a classic...!

Recent Real x Head

A couple of newer RealxHead figures scored from Lulubell Toys. I believe this milky Bigaro was a Japan in-store release only, but I could be wrong.

This would be the 3rd Kabuki Evil. Missed the Yellow version which sucks, but I think it was pretty hard to come by.

Lulubell Toys Cinco de Mayo RealxHead Blue Fade Set Drops!!

Let the madness begin!! The RealxHead Blue Fade set is finally here! Contrary to Amy's description below, a prototype of the set was shown much earlier than the blue fade Cat Kid. Ever since we spied it at least a year ago, we have waited patiently for it to become reality. I'm pretty sure fellow Skullbrainers Scott and Jason make monthly trips to Shinto Gangu begging Mori to produce this set. I have no idea how many pieces Lulubell Toys will have, but I do know they are the only game in the US for this set so you can bet all the RxH collectors old and even cursory will be trying to get it. Good luck. Just get in back of me, please.....Lol...
In celebration of our Tucson roots, the long awaited blue fade set from Real x Head will drop stateside on Cinco de Mayo exclusively at Lulubell. Cinco de Mayo is a huge deal in Tucson, and the town literally goes into celebration mode by 5pm. The RxH blue fade set has been one of the most anticipated sets for RxH since the colorway first reared it's lovely head last December. The blue fade set consists of the Mutant Evil & Mutant Head figures, cast in clear vinyl with a turquoise blue spray fade.
So what's the big deal with this colorway? RxH first debuted this fade on the Catkid sculpt, and rumors (desires?) of this fade set quickly followed. Clear vinyl also presents several challenges itself. Clear vinyls are actually made by adding specific chemicals to the standard vinyls to make them translucent. These additives change the properties of the vinyl a bit, making it softer and more easily distorted when being pulled out of the mold. In this particular run for example, less then half made it to finished product.
The blue fade Evil & Head retail for $60 each, and drop on the 5th of May at 5pm Pacific Time. We are under strict orders NOT to pre-sell or reserve this set, so my apologies to my beloved Lulu Lovers group, but you will have to go through the web at 5pm tomorrow for this one. Sorry, bribes not accepted (I've gotten a few entertaining offers already!)
Good luck!

The legendary Paul Kaiju slays it with this custom Ojo Rojo designed by the amazing Martin Ontiveros for Gargamel. My favorite piece in my collection right now.

36" RealxHead Mutant Evil by Kozik has landed!!!

It's been a long wait, but worth it. When Kozik wanted to produce a 3 foot tall RealxHead Mutant Evil, the prospect was just too awesome to turn down. There had been a couple of different colorways considered, but this one is unique and pretty awesome. I do wish that the arms were articulated so that it could hold up a tray or something. that would have been the best. Sculpted by Rommel in the Philippines, this guy kicks ass.

Evil Comes This Way

Custom RealxHead Mutant Evil I painted for a fellow Skullbrainer. He wanted it to be "Dark" and brooding.
