SKINNER at Wondercon 2010...!!

Awesome Heavy Metal Monster Artist Skinner was hanging with the crew at ColorInkBook at Wondercon this year. They released Skinner's very first figure in an edition of only 20. Really looking forward to more toys and figures from Skinner in the near future...!

Super 7 at Wondercon 2010..!!

Super7 was a bit low key this year at Wondercon. I suspect it had something to do with all the heat brewing back at the store for the madness that was the Gargamel Dai Rakugaki Matsuri Show. More on that later. I will have to say that the anticipation of the Gargamel show did make me probably spend less at Wondercon this year. Even though I had no idea what was going to be in the Gargamel show, I knew it was gonna be heat. As a result, toys or T-shirts or DVD's I probably would have purchased at Wondercon had to be sacrificed for the almighty G.

Tempting Toys at Wondercon 2010...!!!

I always see this dude at Wondercon. He's Tempting Toys and he's got a ton of Bandai and Transformers. What I didn't realize up until now is that he also has a license to do brand new sculps of classics like Megalon and Kumonga...!!

Roku Toys at Wondercon 2010...!!!

Check out Roku Toys who happen to have a Yojimbo License. They are very beautiful, detailed Polystone figures that are around 10" tall.











Also at Roku Toys were these incredible Mechs used for animated webisodes of MORAV which stands for Mult-Operational Robotic Armored Vehicle. These things were huge and if you check out some of the short films, you can see how they can be operated remotely using a telemetry suit. Yes that's local uber geek Grant Imahara of Mythbusters fame.







Roku Toys is talking about putting out smaller toys of these mechs. I think toys would be much cooler than these statue prototypes.

Lulubell x Cure FUNGAH Wondercon Exclusive

No pictures yet, but Amy let Joe and I know the scoop for the upcoming exclusive Lulubell Toys x Cure Toys FUNGAH Wondercon Version.

We have 2 exclusive versions at WonderCon. The version on Cure's website is his exclusive - ours will be different. We will be selling painted an unpainted version at WC. They are done on a red vinyl base. The red will remain as his jacket color - the rest will be painted. Size is approx. 10% smaller than standard Boogie, but price will be well under $100! (still waiting on final cost)
