L'amour Supreme Baby Huey Exclusive MyPlasticHeart "Baby Hell" Edition

We're excited to announce that we are having a special release this Saturday of New York artist Lamour Supreme's latest creation - Baby Huey. The Baby Hell edition stands at 5.5 inches tall and features a solid red sofubi base with blue/black spray and hand painted details. Limited to only 9 hand painted pieces by Lamour himself and 2 unpainted mixed parts versions, these will be blind bagged and accompanied by a special edition 11" x 17" print featuring Baby Hell.

Available at our retail location in NYC starting at 1:00PM EDT on 9/22 for $149.99. Any remaining stock will go online at 1:00PM on Tuesday 9/25

Healeymade for My Plastic Heart

I'm a huge fan of David Healey so when I saw these, I got very excited. although the colorway is perfect Dokuro King homage, I prefer the sculpt of IG-Baba MK.II but the crystal clear goodness in the Violet / Shade Wilde mash-up. Oh well...

myplasticheart is excited to announce the release of latest group of exclusive figures from resin designer Healeymade.

The Grape Fog IG-BABA Mk. II is the second iteration of the figure from Healeymade’s bounty wrestlers series. The figure stands approximately 4 inches tall and retails for $39.99.

The Violet and Shade Wilde was originally part of the G.I. Joe/ Star Wars mash up series from the Healymade 2006 collection, now using resin to replicate the original mash up. It is the first of the figures to incorporate multi piece assembled resin, each meticulously hand assembled. This gestalt retails for $64.99 and is available in very limited quantities.

Both the IG-BABA Mk. II and Wilde will be available starting Tuesday March 6th on myplasticheart.com and at our NYC location.

On a very important side note, spied on Toycyte, Jesse was recently featured in Sports Illustrated! No, not for his game, but his love for Pitbulls. Specifically some of the very same Pitbulls from Michael Vick's fighting arena. For 9 years, Jesse and his wife, Bernice have been rescuing Pitbulls. wow, congratulations Jesse!

I'm a new fan of Brent Nolasco. I dig his illustration style and I really love what he does with these western toys. He has a way of turning a cute toy into something that resembles the dark, twisted, and evil soul trapped inside. I'd love to see him customize Japanese vinyl as well....
