Check out the very first test pull of Paul Kaiju's new vinyl Mockbat. Loving this guy. I love the lime green vinyl too. Looks like it might come with a micro mini? Call him Hellmock. We should be seeing this guy in a production run soon.

Paul Kaiju Vinyl Mockbat Coming Soon...!!

wow, the Paul Kaiju train of sofubi goodness keeps on chugging and i'm loving it. Paul posted up this pic of his final sculpt of the new Mock Bat before sending to Japan to receive it's vinyl treatment. PK says the tongue will be articulated, the belly flower will spin. It's a bit shorter than the Boss Carrion, but wider. This new toy from Paul will surely be an immense hit with the fans.

Paul Kaiju has been teasing us all week with these WIP shots of what looks like a larger Mock Bat. The question is: larger resin Mock Bat or the master for a Vinyl Mock Bat? I'm going to bet it's for a vinyl Mock Bat. Same size at the Boss Carrion? Hmmmm, this would be a big boy, but completely awesome. Check back for more details..!

I'm really digging Paul's new resin character: Mock Bat. About 4" tall. Looks wonderful all painted up. It takes talent to paint something green and red and not have it look like a Christmas ornament. In this case, even if it does, it still looks cool. Probably for SDCC 2011 as I don't see them on the Preview page for the Sofubi Godfathers show.
