Vintage Ark Kong

Thanks to an awesome boardmember on Skullbrain, I was able to get this 70's vintage Ark Kong recently. This could be the beginning of the end as the vintage bug may have finally sunk her long fangs into my soft flesh. I love this toy. Missle-firing, heavy, bulky die-cast goodness. Pretty sure I fell for this mecha gorilla when I spotted him on the cover of Matt Alt, Robert Duban and Tim Brisko's book Super#1 Robot. It's obvious that my amateur photography is influenced by Tim's amazing work.
