Cannibal Kaiju x Redhanded Exclusive General Kyoufu Pink Hell Edition

I've always been a big fan of Redhanded's paint applications. So when he got together with Cannibal Kaiju to do a run of these "Pink Hell Edition" General Kyoufu's, I was all over it. It's really lovely in hand. There are lots of things to dig about this sculp: It's about the same size as a RealxHead figure, I like the articulated legs/boots. The left arm has that Akira thing going on, but my favorite has to be the texture on the horns. Like they were whittled or something. I know weird, but I keep looking at it. General Kyoufu PINK HELL EDITION by Redhanded

Artist Redhanded paints a run of Cannibalkaiju's General Kyoufu and I have to say I don't think i've seen him look snazzier. It's the PINK HELL EDITION and available now for $68 ppd at Redhanded Bigcartel shop. They will ship in two weeks.

Plaseebo General Skullo and Kyoufuoctopus Release March 12th

"TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE" or so the story goes. They met in 1956 at Paradise Ranch aka Area 51 millitary testing facility in southern Nevada. The Skulloctopus was a survivor of a flying saucer crash thought to have come from the planet Mars and General Kyoufu, a bio-cyborg soldier the government was experimenting on to create the ultimate killing machine. It was a match made in Hell and to make the most of it they exchanged heads as a symbol of their alliance before escaping into the moonlit desert.

Plaseebo is pleased to announce the release of a collaboration with Cannibalkaiju, "General Skullo and The Kyoufuoctopus".
This mash-up of "Skulloctopus" and "General Kyoufu" figures is an Ultra Limited edition of just 5 sets.

The 5 1/2 inch high "General Skullo" with swirled glass eye inserts and a switched color changing LED unit mounted on the skull is hand painted by Bob Conge of Plaseebo and the 3 1/2 inch high "Kyoufuoctopus" with 2 internal motion activated color changing LED units is painted by Michael Pro of Cannibalkaiju. Bob has painted each of his 5 figures in a slightly different color scheme with various brain and arm inserts that can be seen through the clear part of the skull and arm. Both figures are made from clear vinyl produced in Japan.

The sets will be available from the Plaseebo web store on Friday March 12th for $195. per set.

Evolution of General Kyoufu by Michael Pro!!

I find it interesting an awe-inspiring whenever someone takes a concept and makes it reality. Case in point, fellow Skullbrainer Michael Pro aka Cannibalkaiju has been documenting his progress of General Kyoufu. Roughly translated General Terror? It began with a drawing and then progressed into the crude sculp above. Over the last several months, Michael has gone from concept to a wax mold which will yield a 5 1/2 inch tall vinyl toy due out in late April!! Congratulations Cannibalkaiju on making a concept a real toy!! Pictures are in order of progress...
