awesome custom Gargamel S-Taiin by my buddy Dustin. This little dude is just a beauty. Amazing details and fluorescent yellow body. I got this great custom at Trade Fest at the 1-Off Custom Toy Show couple of weekends ago. Dustin is a customizer to be reckoned with..!

Paul Kaiju Custom Partyball...!!!

It's been a while since i've had the chance to take any pictures. What better subjects than Paul Kaiju's custom Partyball from the 1-Off Show? The colors on the sunburst are perfect. Easter palette being served up. Notice the nipple? it's magnetic..! The fishead Partyball is a mash-up with Paul's other figure, Boss Carrion. You know... the elephant. The fishead is the rear handle. The ass-fish. lol... works well together, no?

1-Off Custom Toy Show Re-Cap...!!!

The 1-Off Custom Toy Show at Super7 on Saturday was a kick-ass show. Curated by our own Leecifer, it was a blast. The custom platform was limited to Super 7 and/or Gargamel toys only. A ton of people came out for the show. Many were faces that I hadn't seen before so that might have something to do with the new location on Haight Street. I think it was the first time many have been to the new store so it felt like a mini reunion of local Skullbrainers. The fact that there was a hefty Tradefest going on the same night helped a lot. Thanks for the suggestion John...! I grabbed two Paul Kaiju customs and had my hands on a few very nice trades. It was a good night for toys and hanging with friends. Thanks Brian, Josh, Luke, Windor and Lee for hooking us up..! There are a bunch of customs from the show onsale right now at Super7 with even more to come tomorrow so go get 'em..!

Custom Mongolion by Drilone

Drilone applies his signature rust and weathered treatment to the Mongolion for the upcoming 1-Off Custom Toy Show at Super 7.

Although similar to L'amour Supreme's Bronze Patina one-off from SDCC 2009 and the subsequent Factory Handpaint Release, Dril's version has a bit more detail around the armor, skull and teeth. You can already see that this version is also textured like rust and has a flat matte finish.
